Terms of Service

Last updated: April 19, 2026

Subscription terms

When you subscribe to a paid KantaPass plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with the plan you choose. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on the billing cycle you select. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal.

Payment terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or limit access to the service until payment is received. Prices are stated in euros and applicable taxes may be added.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are granted for partial periods. After cancellation your account may be moved to the free version, and data is retained for a limited time to ensure service continuity.

Acceptable use

You agree to use KantaPass lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service, other users or third parties. Prohibited activities include, for example, unauthorised access to systems, sending spam, fraudulent handling of stamps or rewards, and other misuse of the service.

Limitation of liability

KantaPass is provided as is. We make no express or implied warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost revenue, customers or data.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or within the service. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
